Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required. Your safari is only confirmedonce this deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour startdate.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus the deposit.
45 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
15 to 44 days before departure: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
No-shows, late arrivals, or unused services: No refund will be provided.
Gorilla Permits – Date Changes Policy
Gorilla permits are non-refundable once issued, in line with Rwanda Development Board regulations. It is possible to reschedule to new dates if a change is requested and approved. If a date change is approved, a rebooking fee of USD 300 per permit will apply. We strongly recommend requesting any changes as early as possible.
